Returns must be within 15 days of the received date. Your return must be clean, un-used, and in good working order packed in the original package and include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories to avoid a 25% restocking fee.

Please follow these steps to insure a complete credit to your account:

1. Contact email CustomerCare@DiscountVacs.com or call 888-391-8808 with your order information, reason for dissatisfaction. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was deemed defective.

2. Pack the item in the original shipping carton with all of the packing materials that were in the carton when you received it. Your return must be packed in the original packaging and include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories to avoid a 25% restocking fee.

3. Seal the carton and attach the authorized RS tag (If applicable) over any existing shipping labels.

4. Hand original packed return to the shipping company assigned for this return to DiscountVacs.com.

Once your return is received and is clean, good working order, packed in the original package, and includes all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories we will credit you with a complete refund. If your return is received in different and/or missing any original packaging, manuals, or accessories, your credit will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee plus any additional fees to replace missing manuals or accessories.
